SEMI PERMANENT MAKE UP

“For me, semi-permanent makeup is all about bringing out the natural beauty of my clients rather than creating a fully made up look. If my clients can wake up in the morning and save time applying make-up or enjoy make up free days with extra confidence, my work is done.”

- Stephanie Cole

Semi-permanent make up, or cosmetic tattooing is the application of pigment into the dermal layers of the skin to enhancement the natural beauty of the facial features.

Ideal for those seeking a low maintenance beauty regime, the results stay perfectly in place for around 18 months lasting up to 3 years. As the pigment dissolves you can either have a top up treatment to maintain the look of your make up or allow the cosmetic pigments to fade entirely over time.

EYEBROWS

Aesthetically our most important facial feature, well proportioned eyebrows enhance the eye area and balance our other facial features. Each set of eyebrows are as unique as the individual face and are specially mapped and designed for you in line with your own personal preferences. There are a range of techniques to choose from depending on the desired result and the colour pigment is specially mixed to suit your individual skin tones and colourings.

MICROBLADING
This technique is performed using a hand tool to simulate the finest most natural looking hair strokes virtually undetectable from being your own. This is ideal if you have some exisiting eyebrow hair but maybe have areas of sparsity or feel your brows are not symmetrical.

COMBINATION BROWS / BLADE AND SHADE
A combination of microblading and subtle machine shading to create a beautifully natural yet more defined eyebrow. Provides more depth than microblading alone and is ideal for those who doesn’t have much natural eyebrow hair as it creates the illusion of depth and dimension.

POWDER BROWS / OMBRE BROWS
For those who favour a slightly bolder/ fuller look, this shading technique creates a beautiful powdered effect eyebrow..
The shading can be soft and subtle or fuller coverage depending on the desired result. This is the technique used for ‘Ombre Brow’ whereby the shading is softer at the front and builds in density towards the arch and tail.

LIPS

Over time we lose the natural pigment from our lips which causes the lip border
to appear to retract and lose definition. Furthermore, the loss of colour can causes our complexion to feel ‘washed out’.
Lip pigmentation recreates that definition and fullness of this important facial feature without the need for lip fillers with the restoration of colour restoring a more youthful complexion.
There are an array of intermixable colours from natural nudes to pinks, reds, corals and berry shades to create your perfect colour. You can even match your favourite lipstick!

ONGOING TOP UP APPOINTMENTS
As the results of your semi-permanent make up begin to fade over time you can maintain your results with top up appointments.
The frequency of these appointments will depend on your skin type and the treatment you have had. On average a refresh will be needed 12-18 months for eyebrows and eyeliner and 2 years for Lip Colour.
The refresh is to keep your make up looking perfect, restore any gaps from fading and refresh the colour to look as natural and vivid as it was initially.
Top up treatments are charged at 50% of the price of the initial treatment as it is a single session treatment as opposed to the initial treatment which is done over two sessions.
If your make up has faded entirely you would need to begin the process again as a fresh treatment.
